Pineapple Angelfood Cake (2 ingredients)


I have seen this on Pinterest and have been dying to try it. I finally did, and I like it. It is very sweet and has a heavy spongy texture. Some whip cream would go great on top, but it is good without it too. This recipe is also low fat.

Pineapple Angelfood Cake

1 box angelfood cake mix
1 can crushed pineapple

Preheat 350°. Mix cake mix & can of pineapple (undrained). I made mine in a muffin pan & cooked 25 minutes. Done!  🙂





2 cups of chow mein noodles (slightly crushed)
2 cups butterscotch morsels
1/2 cup peanut butter

Heat butterscotch and peanut butter in microwave stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Mix in chow mein noodles and get them well coated. Drop spoonfuls on parchment paper & cool in refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Done!

These are very simple to make. It’s a good recipe for kids to make.



These are a cute little dessert for Easter. They are very good, and it didn’t take long to make them. Also, there is no baking involved.


8 oz cream cheese softened
6 cups powdered sugat
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups of shredded coconut

Using a mixer, mix the cream cheese and vanilla. Add the powdered sugar one cup at a time until all mixed. The mixture will be a little sticky. You will need two spoons to make a ball form. Then, you cover it with the coconut. (I did mine in a bowl.) Once coated, set on parchment paper and repeat until you have used up all the mixture. These need to set in the refrigerator for about 30-45 before serving. (When you are not serving they need to be refrigerated.)

Red Velvet Cheesecake Cookies


Mmm…these were good. They were just a little harder than the red velvet cookies on my last post. As a matter of fact, I used the same recipe! The only difference was the filling and I drizzled some white chocolate on them. I put the dough on the cookie sheet, and just barely put a little dent in them. Becareful not to go too deep or the cookies will fall apart.

Cheesecake filling

4 oz cream cheese (room temp)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla flavor

Mix all ingredients until smooth.


1 box red velvet cake mix
1 1/2 cup of melted butter
1 egg
1 bag white chocolate chips (optional on these I put half in the batter and melted the other half to drizzle)

Preheat 375°. Mix cookie batter and place spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Just barely dent in the top and put a little filling in them. Cook for 10-12 minutes. Drizzle the top with melted white chocolate chips if you want. Let cool and enjoy!!! 😛

Super Easy Red Velvet Cookies (4 ingredients!!!)


I really wish I would have made these for Valentines Day. They are so good and pretty too. If I put green sprinkes on them they would be cute for the holidays too.

Super Easy Red Velvet Cookies

1 box red velvet cake mix
1 egg
1 1/2 cup of melted butter
1 bag of white chocolate chips

Preheat oven for 375°. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add spoonfuls to cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes then let cool.

Mine came out perfect! This recipe made about 20 cookies and cost me about $3.

Easy No Bake Cheesecake (4 ingredients)


If you like no bake cheesecakes you will love this! My husband prefers the baked kind. He wasn’t impressed, but the kids and I thought it was delicious!  On a scale if 1-10 my 8 year old said it was an 11.      😉

No Bake Cheesecake

8 oz cream cheese
1 tub whipped cream
1 can condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice

Set cream cheese out til it’s soft. Mix cream cheese, condensed milk, and whipped cream with a hand mixer on low until smooth. Then, add lemon juice mix for another minute. Pour into crust. (I used a premade) Refrigerate for a few hours, and add topping if you like.

Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls


I made these this morning for breakfast and they were sooooo good! I like anything with cream cheese though. These were also inexpensive and easy (my fav). The kids have already asked me to make them again! At first I didn’t think it was going to be enough for all of us, but it was plenty. I even had 3 leftover.

Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls

2 cans of crescent rolls
16 oz cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of butter (melted)
1 tbsp of vanilla
Cinnamon and sugar

Preheat oven for 350°. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spray baking sheet and unroll 1 can of crescents. Spread on cream cheese mixture. Top with the other can of crescents. Pinch the outer edges closed as best you can. Put the melted butter all over the top and sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

You could probably serve it as a dessert too. Yummy!  😛
